Code of Conduct for Research Analyst

In accordance with Regulation 24(2) of the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, We, CD Research Pvt. Ltd., shall comply with the following Code of Conduct while providing research analyst services.

1. Honesty and Good Faith

I shall act honestly and in good faith while performing my professional duties as a Research Analyst.

2. Diligence

I shall act with due skill, care, and diligence and ensure that research reports are prepared after thorough analysis.

3. Conflict of Interest

I shall effectively address conflicts of interest that may affect the impartiality of research analysis and make appropriate disclosures wherever required.

4. Insider Trading or Front Running

I shall not engage in insider trading or front running of my own research reports.

5. Confidentiality

I shall maintain confidentiality of research reports until they are made public.

6. Professional Standards

I shall observe high professional standards while preparing and publishing research reports.

7. Compliance

I shall comply with all regulatory requirements applicable to the conduct of my business activities.

8. Responsibility of Senior Management

I shall bear primary responsibility as senior management for maintaining appropriate standards of conduct and adherence to proper procedures.
